Villa Myrtia is brand new villa with its own private pool. The front of the property offers views of the surrounding mountains whilst the rear offers some sea views. The property is located in an ideal location for exploring the local coastline together with easy access to inland mountain areas. The centre of Peyia village is about 1.5km away and the beach of Coral bay about 5km away. The area is very quiet and will suit those looking for a peaceful relaxing holiday. However the more lively resort of Coral Bay centre is only a 5 minute drive away. The pool area is facing due south and attracts a lot of sunshine all afternoon with lovely sunsets over the edge of the mountains. It is worth noting that the villa has a number of unfinished dwellings to the side and rear and this has been reflected in the weekly asking rate which would normally be in the region of £600-£800 per week for a villa of this size.

Peyia Village has many local facilities including an excellent supermarket (Phillipos), bakery, butcher and banks with several bars and tavernas. Coral Bay beach and bar area is only a five minute drive with Paphos town and harbour about twenty minutes drive. Golf clubs can be found at Tsada (30 minutes drive), with others at Aphrodites Hills and Secret Valley (45 minutes drive). Akamas is a nature reserve the start of which is about 10 minutes drive away and is ideal for walking or exploring via a 4x4 vehicle. The pretty fishing village of St. George is only 10 minutes away. Kathikas is a village further up the mountains about 15 minutes drive and is well worth a visit to experience traditional Cypriot cuisine and lifestyle, it is worthwhile stopping on route to take in the breathtaking views of the whole of the coastal area of Paphos district. Further north the coastal villages of Latchi and Polis offer alternative points of interest together with the much publicised Aphrodites Baths

  • The bedrooms have air conditioning and the charge is €3.50 per unit per day and is payable locally, the units can also be used as heaters in the cooler months

Villa needs to be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure, however if villa is vacant for following week then 1/2 day extra rental can be provided for £25 until 6.00pm. On day of arrival Villa is available after 4.00pm. A welcome pack can be provided if required for an additional £25.
