Photos and Description of this Obidos - Praia del Rey holiday villa 4 Double bedroom newly built house with large garden & pool near Lourinha.

Brand new detached villa, beautifully furnished in stunning countryside surroundings. The property includes a large, modern, light and airy lounge and separate dining room with several patio doors which open on to terraced areas, each with beautiful views. The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equiped with everything required for your holiday with an adjoining terrace for Al fresco meals. There are four double bedrooms, two with double beds, two with single beds. The rooms are decorated to high standards and are bright and cheery. Two of the bedrooms are situated upstairs, and two are downstairs. The two upstairs bedrooms have large balconies overlooking the countryside. There are three bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite. The grounds of the villa include a fantastic BBQ area which has an adjoining shower room close to the large swimming pool (12m x 6m). There is ample parking for at least 3 vehicles at the front of the villa which is accessed via electric gates.

The small town of Lourinha is a 10 minute drive away and has shops, cafes, several supermarkets and bars as well as a Dinosaur museum. Areia Branca beach is great for surfing, swimming and water sports and is a short drive away. All along the coast are beautiful beaches and picturesque countryside, ideal for walking and cycling. There are lots of restaurants serving traditional Portuguese food and speciality dishes, including fantastic seafood restaurants. The wonderful towns of Obidos and Caldas da Raina are also close by both of which have historical interest. The Obidos lagoon area and beaches are a great favourite with families. This is within a 20 minute drive of the villa. Obidos is also wonderful at christmas time and especially famous for its annual chocolate fair a bit later in the year.

    Security deposit of €200 payable on booking and returned within 7 days of departure subject to property inspection.
