The holiday home Le Hamac (sleeps 8) is situated just above the centre of Cavalaire-sur-Mer. The luxurious jacuzzi, the terraces and most of the rooms offer a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean & the peninsula Cap Lardier. As the name of this home predicts you will be able to laze away the day in comfortable hammocks! The house has 4 bedrooms, each with a spectacular colour scheme and brand new beds (2x80x200). There are two bathrooms and one shower room and three toilets. The living room (50 m²) offers a marvellous view of the sea and has a fire place, colour TV with satellite link-up, DVD-player, iPod amplifier/loudspeaker and a wireless ADSL-internet connection. The dining table seats eight people. The adjacent half-open kitchen also looks out upon the sea. There is an induction hob with five hot plates, cooker hood, oven, Quooker hot water tap, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, conventional coffee maker, toaster etc. All rooms have air conditioning/heating

The family seaside resort Cavalaire-sur-Mer is situated on the Mediterranean Sea with a view of the peninsula Cap Lardier. It has a four kilometres long sandy beach and a marina with 1000 berths. The surrounding countryside consists of forested hills, which form part of the unspoilt nature reserve Massif des Maures. The distance to St Tropez is 18 kilometres. Cavalaire has 6000 inhabitants and is reasonably quiet, especially when compared to St Tropez. And yet the ‘jetski capital of the world’ is fashionable enough to house a casino and two discotheques. Next to that there is a pleasant town centre with shops, a post office, banks, cafés, restaurants, pavement cafés, two jeu-de-boules plazas and a cinema. During the high season (July and August) it is rather crowded in Cavalaire, it is quieter during the rest of the year. The town offers great opportunities voor watersports, golf, hiking, cycling, horseback riding and scuba diving. Great excursions to local markets and les Iles d'Or.

Notes: The house boasts a state of the art Sundance spa with hydrotherapy facilities, integrated iPod dock and radio/DVD player, a cascade and underwater lighting system. This is the perfect place to relax with family of friends after a day at the sandy beaches of Cavalaire. Included in the rent is the use of two scooters and four helmets. These scooters offer you the best way of transport on sunny days: perfect for a quick ride to the bakers' but also very practical for going to the beach. Use at your own risk though. Le Hamac has a big collection of about 200 DVD's that you are free to use. The covered terrace next to the kitchen has infra-red heating to enable you to enjoy the fantastic view even when evenings get chilly. As the name of the house promises, apart from the comfortable sunbeds on the several terraces you will find two large hammocks to lounge in, as well as three hanging chairs. Enjoy your stay!
