Beautiful just renovated and re-furnished apartment. The apartment is 1 bedroom with a 2nd double bed on a mezzanine and two full bathrooms. It is literally flooded with light from the full width window with a mountain view. The apartment has recently been completely renovated throughout. It is very well furnished and fitted with all new appliances, TV, DVD, and internet. All the furniture is also new and the apartment is in excellent condition as you would expect. There is an entrance hall with the main bedroom on the right, then a large full bathroom. Through a door to the living room you have a lovely view right in front of you and the kitchen to the right. Up the stairs and there is a very high quality double sofa bed which makes a genuinely proper double, then there is the second full bathroom alongside.

This apartment is right in the centre of Niceon the stylish edge of the Old Town. With leafy tree lined Boulevards, designer shops and impressive Belle Epoch architecture it is one of the grandest sections of Nice city centre. With a balanced mix of business, retail and grand residential homes this part of Nice city is very French and a little more 'tranquil' than other sections of Nice and can often feel like it is the true Nice rather than just a hive of tourist activity. Close to some of the best shopping streets in Nice centre the apartment is also close to elegant wine bars and fine restaurants while still being just a short walk from the seafront and the train station, putting this charming apartment right at the heart of all that Nice city has to offer.

  • There is an additional end of stay cleaning fee of €80. This guarantees that the apartment is cleaned to a high standard for every guest that arrives and ensures that we can be flexible to suit your arrival times.
    Linens are €20 per set, which includes all towels and kitchen linens. This is so that you only pay for the linens that you use if you are not using every bedroom available.
