Luxury 3 bed semi in the heart of Ballina. Set in a very quiet location with off street parking. Upstairs there are 2 en-suite bedrooms. 1 has a double and a single bed the other has 2 single beds. The 3rd bedroom has a set of bunks. There is also a full size bathroom.and hot press Downstairs there is a large sitting room with French doors to a large dinning room and kitchen all open plan with all mod cons. Cable TV, DVD, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. And a toilet and wash hand basin under the stairs. In the sitting room there is a bed settee for the extra guest. There is a patio door off the dinning room to the back yard with a private patio area with garden furniture and a shed. In the shed there is a chest freeze clothes drier, gas BBQ and ample storage for fishing and golfing equipment or bicycles.

Ballina is the salmon capital of Ireland, with the the world famous River Moy flowing through the centre of town. 10 kls from the Atlantic Ocean and 15 kls from Lough Conn. It makes it top spot for all types of fishing. Golfing.. Ballina has a fine 18 hole parkland course and club house and 10 kls to Enniscrone for a championship links course. Carne and Rosses Point and Strandhill all links courses about 1 hours drive. Lots of ancient monuments and the Ceide Fields is just a 30 min drive away. Foxford wooden mills is 10 min drive. Belleek Castle and woodland park with various walks, is on the outskirts of town. Enniscrone beach for swimming and surfing and seaweed baths and indoor waterpark.

Location, Location, Location.: Orchard Court is located in a small private estate comprising of 18 houses set around a small green, hard to believe you are right in the middle of town. With all the amenities Ballina has to offer right on your door step.Ballina has lots of bars and restaurants enough for you to have a meal in a different one every night of your holiday. There is also a swimming pool and leisure centre and a multi screen cinema. And lots of shops to browse through. There is also a library and museum in the centre of town.

Activities: Ballina is the Salmon capital of Ireland, and with the River Moy with its famous Ridge pool and all the other rivers and lakes and the sea nearby it's little wonder why fishing is the main activity. But golf has to be a close second. With Ballina boasting a beautiful parkland course and new clubhouse. Just 10 mins down the road to Enniscrone's challenging championship links course and Carne, Strandhill and Rosses Point, 3 great links courses about 1 hours drive Orchard Court is a great location to have a base. Surfing has really taken off in Enniscrone with its huge open beach its a must for all the family. Walkers and joggers are never disappointed when they visit Belleek park with its own Castle football pitches running track and miles of walks along the river or through the woods. There is also go-karting and horse riding and archery in the area.

Touring: Orchard Court in Ballina is an ideal touring base to take in the whole of the Northwest region,
