Atlantis Villa is situated within a very upscale development project within walking distance to one of the best children friendly sandy beaches in Cyprus (15 minutes walk), and to Protaras main nightlife area (10 minutes walk). Atlantis is build Bungalow style (i;e; single floor), therefore NO steps to worry about. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 having 1 double bed each, and one with two single beds, able to accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a fully equiped kitchen, designer furniture, an large LCD TV with local and international cable channels, DVD player, PS2, etc. Atlantis sits on a very big plot of land, and has its own huge private pool (approx 12m X 5m) with sunbeds, umbrellas, and outdoor exclusive lounge furniture. As a bonus to the above, for the sport minded Atlantis has a table tennis and a basketball court.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 10% Down Payment, remaining amount to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. If reservation is made less than 8 weeks before arrival, full amount has to be paid at the time of reservation. An additional refundable security deposit to cover any possible damages to the property by guests equal to 20% of the total rental amount has to be paid when the total reservation fee is paid as per above. The 10% deposit less a Euro 100 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations made up to eight weeks before the arrival date. For any cancellations made at a period less than 8 weeks from arrival date, no refunds will be made from the 10% deposit.
