The small and friendly Bermuda Pointe Circle has its own swimming pool and jacuzzi and is known for its friendly and sociable atmosphere. The ground (first) floor air-conditioned condominium is easily accessible and is fully furnished and newly decorated throughout. The two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds) have their own en suite bathrooms and large closets. The lounge/dining room nestles between the light and bright kitchen stocked with all modern appliances and the charming lanai.

Bermuda Pointe Circle is situated on the junction of Vanderbilt Road and Woods Edge Road west of US41 and just 1 mile from Bonita Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lovers Key beaches. Part of the miles of sandy beaches on this Gulf Coast, with its wonderful sunsets, is a nature conservation area. Turtles, dolphins, manatees and a wide variety of birds populate this coastline. The Everglades are on your doorstep where you can hike, bike or choose a selection of boats to get you around. A great area for you to either chill out by the condominium pool and jacuzzi, lounge or walk the beach, take a boat through the Everglades, explore the nearby Naples area with its shopping, concert hall and museums, or venture north to areas such as Sanibel Island. There is a great selection of very good and varied restaurants all around you should you wish to eat out.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 50% rental deposit is required to secure booking, with full payment due one month prior to arrival (NB 40% of the deposit is refundable if you cancel up to 6 weeks in advance - 10% is for costs of booking and is unrefundable). For cancellations less than 6 weeks in advance, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
    Available all the year round on a minimum monthly basis (please email me to book less than 1 month). There is an extra cost of $100 contribution to the Bermuda Point Circle Association which covers their maintenance of the beautiful facilities at your disposal.
    International payments in $ or Paypal only.
    All prices are inclusive of utilities, overheads and applicable taxes. Cleaning and laundry not included but available on request at an additional cost.

A very restful apartment. Immaculately clean. Only 20 paces from the swimming pool , Ideal for singles, couples and families.
Surrounded by great restaurants and only 10 minutes walk to the home made ice cream parlour.
10 minutes drive south to Naples or 10 minutes north to Coconut Point, shopping village.
