This new penthouse is deliberately designed for two persons. This choice resulted in a grand living space. Indoor as well as outdoor. The bright and spacious living(40s. m) is divided into a sitting and a dining area with kitchen. The living is furnished and decorated in a 'modern rustic' style and fits with all modern conveniences. The living borders on the delightful terrace (60s. m) with unique panoramic mountain views. Because Álora is privileged with 320 sunny days a year, half of the terrace is covered by awnings in order to be screened against sunshine. The terrace has the disposal of a large dining or working area and a relaxation area to enjoy undisturbed a siësta, a good book, some favorite music or a glass of wine with some 'tapas'. Till the small hours. Last but not least there are reclining chairs to take a sunbath. Briefly summarized this penthouse is a great place to spoil yourself as well as a starting place to discover the true Andalucia in your own way.

The penthouse is quietly situated on the outskirts of the historic and year-long lively 'pueblo blanco' Álora. All the modern facilities for about 15.000 inhabitants are within reach. From facilities for all kind of sports up to medical services and from all types of restaurants up to a brand new theatre. Álora is surrounded by citrus fields and divergent nature reserves such as the clean lakes near the village of Ardales, the UNESCO protected 'Sierra de las Nieves' and the special natural phenomenons of 'El Torcal' and 'El Chorro'. Because Álora is centrally located in the province of Málaga, as well as in Andalucia, all cultural highlights such as Ronda and the kingtowns Sevilla, Córdoba and Granada lend themselves to daytrips. By car, by (high speed) train or bus. Álora also has a direct (30 min.) train connection with the pleasant port town Málaga with her famous museums and historic centre. From here the train goes to several seasite resorts.

  • NOTES TO THE RENTAL RATES;

    - The days from Christmas up to New Year and around Easter ('Semana Santa') will be rated as high season.
    - Bookings of 3 weeks or more receive 10% discount.

    The rates are standard, based on 1-2 persons and including a weekly packed of clean bed-clothes, bath towels, tea- towels, consumption of water and electricity and clean-up costs after your stay.

    PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND SECURITY CONDITIONS

    A non refundable deposit of 25 % iis required at time of booking with balance due six weeks prior to arrival. The rest (75%) of the non refundable amount has to be paid six weeks prior to arrival.

    A security of € 250,-- in cash will be paid at the moment of arrival and will completely be paid back at the moment of departure if things are not missing or has not been damaged through your stay.

    We advise you to effect a travel insurance .

Notes: NOTES TO FACILITIES: A large and well maintained municipal swimming complex is situated adjoining to the apartment building. The owner did consciously choose for quality fans (silent and effective) instead of air conditioning. Because many people don´t like the dryness of conditioned air. Of course smokers are allowed to smoke, but only on the terrace. Pets unfortunately are not welcome.
