This apartment was fitted and furnished in June 2009 with brand new modern comfortable furniture. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar. Spacious living room with sofa bed, arm chair and dining area. 2 Bedrooms, both with fitted cupboards. Bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. The terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs + 2 loungers. Private garage with direct access by lift. The residence is gated and secure.

This brand new 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a private residence with a large pool and is just a few minutes walk to the beach. From the spacious balcony you may enjoy the view over the gardens and the sea. The apartment has it's own private garage but if you wish to leave the car, a 15/20 minute stroll will take you to the lively town of Juan Les Pins where you will find many restaurants and bars and plenty of boutiques. The nearest supermarket is only 2 minutes drive away. This is a perfect base to discover the Côte d'Azur and only a short distance from Antibes, Golfe Juan, Cannes and Nice.During the winter months the Côte d'Azur offers other attractions such as the Monaco Circus Festival, Nice Carnaval, Menton's Lemon Festival and Grand Prix Formula 1 Race. In January and February, the hills of Mandelieu and Tanneron offer a spectacular sight as the hills become blessed with golden yellow Mimosas. In May one can visit the Grasse Rose Festival or the Cannes Film Festival.
