Less that 15 minutes walk from the town of Protaras you will find our lovely villa situated in a secluded location with panoramic views that include the towns of Famagusta and Protaras. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has one double and one twin bedroom, plus two bathrooms, one next to the bedroom and another adjacent the pool. Other facilities include fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine, microwave etc for all your needs. The dining area is spacious with seating for six and great views of the bay with the lounge area having Satellite TV and a DVD player for your odd night at home. Outside is your own private pool with large sun drenched patio, sun loungers and barbecue and mature gardens with excellent views to the sea.

Stand on the balcony and take in the unrivalled views of the sea and town below you. The town with its vibrant bars and resturants is a 15 minute walk away and offers a variety of dishes from the traditional Greek mezes to international dishes we all know and love. Just ten minutes down the road, easily seen if you stand on the balcony and look right, is the church of Profitis Elias towering up into the sky perched 160 metres high. The original church built centuries ago has now been restored to its original splendor, the grounds giving all around views over Protaras and the sea all the way to the ghost town of Famagusta. Should you seek a change from the pool a short walk into Protaras gives access to the golden sands and turquoise seas leading to `Fig Tree Bay. Lots of facilities here include all manner of water sports and boat rides to the unmissable caves at Cape Greco and the ghost town of Famagusta.
