no refund of deposit

BE WARNED The owners of this property have not refunded my deposit, despite promise to do so after inspecting the property, (they were happy with the clean and tidy condition we left it in), following our departure, they requested my bank details or address so the could forward the deposit on 22/09/09,i provided the information requested( the refund was not forth coming) i have had no further contact from them, despite making several phone calls, and sending several txts and emails, i am unable to contact them

A cheque was posted to the client soon after the date in question. We apologise for not double checking whether or not the cheque was deposited at the time. Please be ensured we are rectifying the situation immediately. Further more we are not sure why the client could not get in contact with us, we will review our contact details. We will also be in contact with the client personally in the hope of putting the situation to rest.
