One of 18 dwellings, this exclusive complex offers the ultimate in relaxation and proverbial peace and quiet. The apartment known as R2-1. R2-1 has three balconies, one to front overlooking pool area and gardens, others to side and rear. It is fully air conditioned, has TV/DVD. The large open planned lounge/kitchen area has a sofa bed. It also has one bedroom and bathroom with shower thereby providing comfortable living and sleeping accommodation for four people. It is well equipped to add to your convenience and comfort with adequate kitchen equipment, small oven, two ringed cooker, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, hair drier plus ample supplies of bed linen and towels. The apartments are alarmed and the complex is protected by gate with admittance by key only. This provides security and restricts young children to complex. Transport to and from airport can be arranged, daily maid service is provided. Welcome packs can be arranged.

Montemar Villas Holiday Complex is 2 km from Sunny Beach, and very near the lovely little village of Koscharitsa. The atmosphere in each place is totally different, local culture and food are more of a feature in the village. This can be visited via taxi or local bus which passes road end. Sunny Beach has the most prestigious location at the Bulgarian Sea Coast offering spectacular sea views, miles of gorgeous beaches with blue flag accreditation. It hosts hundreds of bars, restaurants, night clubs and of course shops! Nessebar is a nearby ancient, historic and picturesque town which is registered with UNESCO as a world heritage site with 40 churches, Thracian ruins dating back 2500 years. Nessebar can be accessed from Sunny Beach via sea taxi, local bus or taxi. Both places have varying and multiple activities and places of interest to see and do.
