Spacious 2 bedroom villa offers peace and relaxation from a prime position on the sought after 'Las Rosas' resort offering a large heated swimming pool, heated chlidren's pool with lifeguard. Friendly bar & restaurant meals served day & night overlooking the pool with fantastic sea views, gentle evening entertainment. Reception, shop & maid service. This tasteful villa offers spacious very well equipped accommodation. New fully fitted kitchen. Washing machine, oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Large lounge/dining room LCD TV,dvd and hi fi leading to rear patio with table chairs and sun bed. Fantastic panoramic sea, cliff and harbour views. 2 bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom with shower, sea & cliff views. Main bathroom with bath and shower. Second patio with table and chairs. All bedding and towels provided. This resort is suitable for couples and children. Only a short walk to shops, restaurants and choice of beaches. Airport transfer can be arranged. This is a very friendly complex.

Los Gigantes or 'The Giants' is named after the stunning cliffs towering above the sea in this area. Tenerife, the island of sun all year round makes this the ideal holiday destination whatever the month. Short term and long term lets available. Las Rosas is a small complex of 103 villas maintained to a very high standard with a real holiday atmosphere. Only a short drive to all the major attractions of Tenerife ie Mount Teide, Siam water park, water slide park, Local markets, Boat trips, Whale & Dolphin watching, trips to the island of Las Gormera. Las Rosas has its own car park. A reception with very helpful staff where all types of activities and trips can be arranged. Local tennis, fishing, sailing, swimming, walking, diving,watersking, mountain bikes etc or just sit back and relax on the patio with fantastic sea & cliff views. Fancy a swim? the large pool is heated all year round and has ample sunbeds for all, or relax at the on site bar for a drink & meal day and night.

  • Two large bedrooms. One has a King size double bed the second has two single beds. Both have Large wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables. Hair dryers and ceiling fans. Large opening windows in both rooms. All bedding and towels are provided.(All were replaced 2009) Pool towels are hired from reception at a cost of 3 euros per stay with a 10euro refundable deposit. Fantastic sea and cliff views from bedroom one & pleasant secluded view from bedroom two and sea view to the side. This is a very quiet location with no traffic noise just the sound of the sea. There is one folding bed with bedding suitable for a child which can be put into either bedroom or the living room. Cots available on request.

Notes: This is a good size villa suitable for family holidays as well as couples of all ages. The villa is located in a quiet area of the complex 103 villas in total. Close to the car park. with reception, swimming pool and shop less than 100 yards away .The villa has 6 steps from the pathway to the front door. Internally the ground floor is split level with 3 steps between the kitchen and living room. Stairs to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms. Two outside patios both with table and chairs and sunbed to the rear private patio which has spectacular views of the sea cliffs and the town of Los Gigantes. The rear patio gets the morning to mid afternoon sun the front getting the evening sun. Sun parasols for both patios. New kitchen 2008 very well equiped. Comfy living room with 2 leather sofas. Good size dining table to seat 6 ,overhead fan. The whole villa is double glazed keeping the heat out !. Within walking distance is the town of Los Gigantes, local shops, very good restaurants
