Casa Solevento is a modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse style villa, in a peaceful location, surrounded by a well kept garden with fruit and olive trees. It has a large south facing tiled terrace which is ideal for relaxing and sunbathing by the pool. There is a large lounge with 2 sofas, Satellite TV, DVD, log burning fireplace, a dining room with table and 8 chairs, a separate fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Bedroom 1 is a double with an ensuite bathroom c/w jacuzzi bath. Bedroom 2 is a twin and Bedroom 3 has bunk beds. The bathroom has twin sinks with a shower/bath.

The Villa is situated in a quiet area and located close to Loule and Almancil where there are banks, supermarkets, local shops and restaurants. The nearest beach (Cavalho Preto) is 10 minutes drive away. The resorts of Quarteria, Vilamoura and Vale de Lobo are all close by. There are 13 golf courses within 20 minutes, the nearest at Villa sol is 5 minutes drive. There is a good water slide park and a Go Karting track near by. Loule has a lively market and old castle walls, Villamoura has a yacht marina and some Roman ruins. Albufeira is 20-25 minutes drive.
