A truly luxurious and large 6 bedroom (2 with ensuite bathrooms) plus 2 separate bathrooms and a cloakroom over 3 floors, private villa with large heated pool , Recently refurbished through out to the highest standard. The Villa also has a fully fitted luxury kitchen with all mod cons and 2 large living areas, 1 with large windows and patio doors with views towards the sea also it has fantastic views from the front first floor bedrooms overlooking in the distance Playa de Las Americas and the rear of the property, Costa Adeje and the mountains, truly superb, also both the 1st floor bedrooms have huge terraces, where you can sit out and admire the views, the Road and area is known as' Beverly hills' as it has the most superb luxury properties and fantastic central location and views. The property also has a laundry room with washing machine. We also have internet access along with British TV channels and 2 film channels. We also are on a slight hill.

Fantastic location,And great views, Siam park is a 15 minute walk away along with the Aqua water park, again within walking distance, the commercial centre of San Eugenio is again within a 15 minute walk, or not even 5 minutes in the car where there are many restaurants and bars for entertainment,and banks and supermarkets and many shops, Puerto colon beach is a further 10 minute walk from there. Playa de las Americas is 10 minutes by car and Los Cristianos a further 5 minutes by car. Truly a fantastic central location for all your needs and with the added bonus of lovely views.

  • In 2 of the bedrooms they are large enough to have a travel cot in or an additional bed. We have a put you up single bed as well for use. Also in the master bedroom there is a safe. And in 5 of the bedrooms there is built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and shelf's. There is air-conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms.Not available for use in the winter months. 2 Bedrooms on the 1st floor have large terraces with great views. We do not provide any cots or highchairs, but I can hire them for you, at a cost to yourselves.

Notes: There are sun loungers for you to use, also we have an outdoor shower. There is outside seating around a table with parasol for 6 people. Additional seating for 4 ,wicker furniture.And Awning for shade. and additional chairs for sitting, So in that area can seat 12. The Swimming pool is only heated in the winter months .And to 28 Degrees in temperature. The property is very safe as has electric gates at the front of the villa, and you can walk all around the property.Which makes it very secure. Also the villa has electric shutters on all the windows, except for the basement rear 2 windows. The Villa is set on a slight hill. I have plenty of additional photos that I can email to you of the property. And an additional parasol for shade in the patio sunbathing area.
