The apartment has its own separate entrance gate accessible from a communal drive. It comprises of a large open plan living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, sofa-bed for two guests, bookshelves, TV with DVD and VHS players. The kitchenette is located in a corner of the living room, and it includes dishwasher, oven and microwave. The double bedroom is nicely furnished with a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables. Well appointed bathroom with bathtub. One off-road parking space. The area is very peaceful and pleasant, and all basic shops and services are very handy. The historic centre of Treviso with its historic markets and traditional restaurants and 'osterie' is 5 minutes walk.

The apartment is located in a peaceful and green residential area 5 minutes walk from Treviso historic centre. Treviso is a beautiful medieval town 25 km from Venice. Its historic centre is worth visiting not only for its monuments and its pleasant urban spaces, but also for the quality of the food and the shopping. The apartment is a very good base to visit Venice daily. The train station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and there are frequent direct and cheap regional trains to Venice centre-S. Lucia (30 minutes) and to Venice Mestre (25 minutes). It takes about 25 minutes drive to reach the Venice car parks at Piazzale Roma (A27 motorway). The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive from Treviso airport (Ryanair flights). The location is ideal for touring the lovely Veneto region and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic. Asolo and its hills, tha palladian villas, the vine routes, the cycle and waterways, and the beautiful historic centres of the region are all very handy.
