Bright and sunny apartment, recently refurbished, and equipped with all kinds of household appliances. Located in the city centre of Granada with great variety in restaurants and shops in your environment, 5 minutes walk to the commercial Gran Vía and Calle Elvira, and 10-20 minutes walk to Moorish Barrio del Albayzin and University Campus. The apartment can be easily reached by car from Avenida de la Constitución (Jardines del Triunfo) up Cuesta del Hospicio (Hospital Real-University Headquarters) and up Real de Cartuja (signpost: bank office CajaGranada); a good option as well would be to take up Avenida de Madrid, reach Plaza de San Isidro, turn right to Ancha de Capuchinos and then left up Agua de Cartuja to Real de Cartuja just in front of the CajaGranada bank office.

Located in the city centre of Granada, very close to the famous Hospital Real Renaissance building, now the headquarters of University of Granada; 5 minutes walk to the commercial Gran Vía, Arco de Elvira and Calle Elvira and Jardines del Triunfo; 10-15 minutes walk to the Moorish Barrio del Albayzin, the Cathedral and Plaza Nueva area, as well as to the most popular 'tapas' circuit around the bullfighting ring. Bus lines 31 and 32 plus 8 and C run very close to the apartment and will connect you with the public transport network, but the salient thing about it is that you will be able to walk to almost all city landmarks while staying in a very quite and safe area.

We are open to discuss availability for longer periods at reduced rates (please, contact the owner); this option could be of special interest to faculty, researchers and staff of other universities, research and health care institutions around the world spending short periods of time as guests of the University of Granada and public hospitals, since most central facilities of the University of Granada and the public health services are easily reached by walking from the apartment.
  • To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The rest of the balance will be paid at your convenience, either by money transfer two weeks before arrival or in cash upon release of keys at time of arrival.
  • Due to legal and security requirements, guests are requested to produce a xeroxcopy of the title page of their passport or any other evidence for identification when collecting the keys.
