This is an older style villa but in good condition, enclosed by walls, with covered terraces in ground and first floors, L shaped swimming pool (9m x 5m), surrounded by terraces and lawn with barbecue. A gated cobbled driveway leads to the parking area at the back of the villa. Bars, restaurants, supermarket and the beautiful beaches of Evaristo and Castelo are located nearby. Evaristo's beach restaurant is well known for its fresh fish dishes. * GROUND FLOOR: * Entrance hall * Lounge with TV, DVD player * Dining room with patio doors to covered terrace and pool area * Large kitchen with gas (2x) and electric (2x) hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, juice squeezer, toaster, fridge/freezer, breakfast table and patio doors to covered terrace and pool area * Twin bedroom with patio doors to pool area * Bathroom * FIRST FLOOR: * Landing with security gate on staircase (to GF) and staircase to roof terrace * 2 bedrooms (1 twin, 1 double) both with patio doors to terrace

Evaristo's Restaurant is famous for its fresh fidh dishes; **RESTAURANTS (2): 200m; ** SUPERMARKET: 500 m; **GOLF COURSE (Salgados): 2,5 km; **SHOPPING CENTRE (Algarve Shopping): 6 km (Guia village). The largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with shops, restaurants, Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling; ** GUIA village: 5km. Famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri; **ALBUFEIRA town: 6 km. We rent this villa end-october for 1 week
Really nice house, with a lot of space, big pool (up to 2.20m deep) but not heatted (for Halloween season it's important to know), the location is really nice with a lot of beaches around, really nice spot (as San Rafael & Salgados), area quite with some activites around ( 1 bar with large pool & mini-golf 300m away), perfect for kids !
We recommand it, even if prices are little bit increasing for 2010
