Situated in the Surrey Hills - Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a quiet rural lane about a mile from the village of Westcott, and only 3 miles from Dorking, the barn is ideally located for walking, cycling, riding and mountain biking. With direct access to the Surrey Hills’ extensive network of footpaths and bridleways just go from the door and leave the car behind.
Westcott has a baker’s, post office/village store, newsagents two pubs and an Indian restaurant. There is also a specialist bike shop with mountain bikes for hire. Dorking is a historic market town with a wide range of shops and restaurants, and has a railway station with a frequent service to London.
