Spacious modern apartment high above the city streets offering very comfortable accommodation for up to four adults, or two adults and up to three children. The standard is high with excellent thermal and sound insulation. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard as a ‘home away from home’, ideal for a few days or longer stay for business or pleasure. The open plan living/dining room has a well-equipped kitchen area and several large windows giving panoramic views of central Bristol. Balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and watch the world go by below. Main bedroom with large double bed and ensuite shower room. Second bedroom with single bed / sofa and pull out extra bed with quality mattress usable as twin beds or as a double bed. Additional extra mattress suitable for a child. Cot available. Second bedroom can also be used as a study.

    Children or extra adults pay in addition as follows:
    Extra adult, £15 per night (£75 per week).
    Child under 16, £10 per night (£50 per week).
    Maximum occupancy 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children (under 16).

    MINIMUM STAY 3 NIGHTS.

    £100 refundable security deposit (waivable for repeat bookings).
    20% deposit on booking, full payment due 4 weeks before arrival.

    Payment by internet bank transfer, cheque, debit card or credit card (+3% surcharge).
    Deposit and rental payments are not refundable. We recommend travel insurance in case of cancellation for medical reasons.

Perfect equipped and located !

We spend at a lovely week in this beautiful flat. Perfect equipped with modern furniture on a very high level. A nice view from the balcony and always a feeling to be "at home". Central located with just a short stroll to the centre. Very recommondable !

Stylish Appartement in the heart of Bristol

Appartement is very stylish and well maintained.

Lots of electronic machinery that actually works without a headache.

All necessary things like hairdryer etc. in place.

Up to date information and instructions at all times.

Shops and Bars all very close. Nightlife noise when windows open.

Nice contact with owner, gives trail instructions for runners !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
