The villa is situated about 5 minutes drive from the well-known town Vence. The town has a nice and calm atmosphere and is situated about 13 km from the Mediterranean. The garden is in several levels with green areas, boule court and a little fountain. From the living room and the kitchen there are direct access to the lovely terrace with swimming pool and pool house. All the rooms are very bright and furnished with modern and comfortable funitures.

The charming town of Vence is situated 9 Km northwest of Cagnes sur Mer. It is conveniently located, close to the coast, the countryside and the A8 motorway. Numerous English people, who are fond of its typical ambient, have settled in the town centre or in its close surroundings. Vence The famous 'Rosaire Chapel' -better known as the Matisse chapel- is dating from 1951. Its magnificent glass mosaics bear witness to the artist's unique sense of light and colours. At the aperitif time, the heart of the town around the central market square becomes a lively place, with animated discussions and petanque players. The best place for a glass of pastis with local cheese! It is also on the « Place du Grand Jardin » that every year during the summer takes place the « Festival des Nuits du Sud », a festival of music from all over the world which has been very successful during the last 10 years.
