New 3 double bedroom villa on a small residence of 7 properties with pool. The villa is beautifully furnished throughout. Five private terraces surround the villa all offering either sea or hillside views. Lounge diner with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob etc). The terrace from the lounge overlooks the stunning designer garden which leads down to a sun deck with views of the valley and the sea. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD player, ipod dock and is furnished tastefully throughout. The front terraces from both the lounge and en suite master bedroom offer stunning views to the sea down the valley of the river Douy and the town is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk by road or along the well lit Douy towpath. As well as the ensuite bedroom there is a separate shower room which houses the washing machine and tumble drier. Separate toilet. A gate at the end of the garden opens onto a private pathway leading to the residence pool just 20 metres away.

Notes: Whilst children are welcome we recommend that both the villa and the Collioure area is not the best choice for young children and babies. The newly completed swimming pool is shared by just 6 other villas and enjoys dawn till dusk sun. There are 5 terraces around the villa enjoying wonderful views in all directions. The short walk from town to the villa is a comfortable and very gentle gradient except for the last 30 metres or so leading steeply to the elevated position of the villa, thereby affording panoramic views over the town and sea, hillside vineyards and fortress. The large terrace leading from the lounge into the garden provides dining table and seating for up to 8 people.
