Located on a brand new complex situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road with easy access to all local tourist attractions. The complex boasts 2 large swimming pools with 2 Jacuzzis, a children's pool, and a children's play area. It also has a fully equipped gym which can be used at no extra cost. The property has a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area. The lounge has patio doors opening onto a large furnished terrace & a private garden, 1 large bedroom also with patio doors, a family bathroom, air-conditioning. The property has Sky TV installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The apartment is situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars and tourist shops all within 2 minutes walk. There is a small sandy beach just 5 minutes walk away. The Harbour Area and Paphos Town, with its quaint streets and shops, or, if you prefer, Bar Street are 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 2 minutes from the complex and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, taking you into Paphos or to other attractions such as the Water Park or the famous Coral Bay Beach. The Tombs of the Kings archaeological site is also within walking distance and there are numerous other archaeological sites to explore in and around Paphos. If you wish to hire a car you can be in the Troodos Mountains in about an hour and can ski there in the winter months. There are 3 golf courses: Minthis, Secret Valley & Aphrodite Hills, which is a championship course.

Superb family holiday at this excellent complex!!

We stayed in this apartment for a week mid august and had a fantastic holiday.
The apartment was brand new, spotless clean and in a fantastic location for everything paphos has to offer. Very family friendly complex but a much higher standard than your usual self catering hotels.
Dave and Karen were fantastic from the booking to us leaving, even arranging our transfers from the airport and allowing us to use another apartment on the complex until our late flight home.
I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in paphos and we are hoping to return next year with more family and friends

pool area was busy but not too bad
not a pool for swimming in more for cooling off in
good location just 2 mins from tombs of the kings road
accomdation was fine and clean with all that was needed
