You will live in a cosy, charming and light apartment in a typical Berlin building from about 1900 (fully renovated) in the heart of this prospering city. For underlining the character of the apartment the new furniture was picked very carefully so you will feel comfortable immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped with all objects new or in a top of state. As the apartment is new on this site most dates are still available.

Wir haben mit großem Behagen in Ihrer Wohnung gewohnt. Sie ist als Ferienwohnung perfekt eingerichtet, geräumig und liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig. Wir werden sie gern Bekannten weiterempfehlen. ( Fam. Hansen, Bad Honnef) *** Es hat uns sehr gut in ihrer Wohnung und in Berlin gefallen, sodass wir sicher noch einmal wiederkommen. Vor allem aber werden wir Ihre Wohnung weiterempfehlen. (Fam. Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Im Haus selbst ist es relativ ruhig, auf der Straße
wird es schon mal etwas lauter.
Zentrale Lage - 5 U-Bahn-Stationen von Friedrichstr. entfernt.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Dass die Wohnung in einem Berliner Problembezirk liegt sollte man besser in der Anzeige schreiben. Alles sehr trostlos und von Hartz 4 Mileu geprägt.

Weiter hätten wir es begrüßt wenn die Vermieter selbst sich gekümmert hätten.

Sauber war es und einigermaßen eingerichtet wenngleich das Badezimmer einer Generalsanierung bedarf.
Owner's Response: Wir nehmen die Kommentare unserer Gäste sehr ernst.Es ist richtig, dass es in Berlin viele Stadtteile gibt in denen auch sozial schwächere Menschen leben, das macht diese Stadtteile jedoch keineswegs trostlos.Wedding ist sehr lebendig mit unzähligen Gaststätten und typischen Berliner Kneipen mit dem Vorteil, dass Sie wesentlich günstiger sind als die Touristenfallen am Kurfürstendamm.

Wir können die Wohnung leider nicht immer persönlich übergeben, weil wir 300km weit weg wohnen. Unsere Verwalterin ist eine sehr zuverlässige Hilfe, die es genausogut macht wie wir selbst.
