A new studio apartment at Pafilia Gardens winner of best development in Cyprus 2008 (Homes and Overseas Magazine). Furnished to a high standard. Queen size double bed, separate leather sofa, LCD satellite TV (equivalent UK Freeview) DVD and Hi-Fi. Patio doors open to own private terrace leading to communal pool. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Electronic safe. Fully equipped kitchen. Separate shower room. Pafilia Gardens is well situated in a quiet, peaceful location with surrounding orchards. Set in attractive gardens with a second smaller communal pool. Our property is managed by an English couple, who can 'meet and greet' you at Paphos airport (subject to arrival time). They are unable to transport you in their vehicle but can escort guests to the studio and familiarise you with the studio and equipment. This service is included in the prices quoted. Welcome packs (groceries etc) can be provided if required, at an additional cost.

Pafilia Gardens is approx 15 minutes from Paphos Airport. It is set in a peaceful location. The harbour, beach and Kato Paphos tourist area is within walking distance (approx 25 minutes) with numerous bars and restaurants. The studio is even closer to the old town Pano Paphos. home to the Town Hall, the venue of many weddings. There are some shops within a 5 - 10 minute walk including a supermarket, restaurant/bar. The sandy beaches of Coral Bay is a short drive away. Paphos has some unmissable World Heritage sites, including the ancient Amphitheatre and Roman Mosaics and museums. There are also wonderful watersports and a waterpark. Pafilia Gardens was the winner of best development in Cyprus 2008 (Homes and Overseas Magazine).

Notes: In addition to the above facilities we also have an ironing board and iron, hairdryer and beach towels. We have and LCD TV with English satellite TV with freeview channels. Ground floor with easy access and parking just outside property. There are two communal pools, the main pool being just a few metres from the studio terrace. Although Cyprus has a very low crime rate, there are many security measures within the complex and studio. Pafilia Gardens has a security gate at the entrance with a number code system and there is regular patrols by a security company. There is also an intercom system in the studio.

Changeover day: Flexible changeover days. Normal check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am, but we can be flexible if no other guests are arriving on the same day.

Travel: Paphos airport is approx a 20 minute drive and Larnaca Airport is 1½ hour's. Car hire is not essential for this studio apartment but recommended to explore the island. A taxi from Paphos Airport is normally approx 30 Euros. Driving is on the left and road signs are in English. The studio is only a 10- 15 minute walk to Pano Paphos (The Old Town). Kato Paphos tourist area 1½ miles. Polis and Laatchi 22 miles. Limassol 44 miles. Larnaca 88 miles. Nicosia 94 miles.

Golf: There are 3 golf courses in Paphos area all within 30 min drive including Aphrodite Hills, Secret Valley and Tsada Golf clubs.
