2 Bedroom brand new and very nicely decorated in simple but modern style apartment. The double bedroom faces the Atlantic with built in wardrobes and plenty of storage, The second bedroom has twin beds which can also be joint together again with built in wardrobes.The lounge/dining area is bright and very comfortable with large sofas 1 of which is a sofa bed if there is an additional child or adult, cable TV and DVD player with an excellent view of the Lido and promenade. A well equip kitchen with a balcony to the back and 1 granite bathroom with hydro massage tub. Also available is a indoor garage if the client wishes to hire a car and have guaranteed parking space (at an extra cost if required).

Peaceful location with amazing Atlantic views. Situated on the 4th floor of a well-appointed small block of apartments, very airy and with a bright environment you can relax and enjoy the views while being only a short walk from a the well known Lido area, with all the amenities, plenty of restaurants and entertainment or if you like evening stolls we are only 5 minutes from the new promenade and sea water swimming pools with also a children s area. . . Only a 2 minute walk to a bus stop / 10 minutes by bus to Funchal center/harbour.

We have been in this appartment in the beginning of October 2009 and we loved it, very good equipped, very good location. We are a family with 3 children, between 1 and 5 years, and we went most of the times by feet which was ok for us, there are also plenty of busses near the appartment, also a supermarket. We loved it. I would recommend this appartment highly, we felt really at home as the owner were very kind and welcomed us with a full refridgerator and lots of fruit. Not to mention the nicely decorated appartment itself. And cable TV for the kids :)

Great place to stay in Funchal

My family and I have just spent a week in this property and had a great time. Ideal location with a great view of the sea . The lido and plenty of buses into funchal are within easy reach as are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops. The owner was very helpful and her extra touches and helpfulness made our stay extra special. Well worth a visit for a relaxing break I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a good base for a holiday. Equipment linen, towels and furniture are all modern and fresh.
