Country house located in the village of Catraia de Mouronho, in the parish of Mouronho, 10 km’s from Tabua and Arganil in central Portugal. The house is 1 km from Mouronho where you can find 2 snack bars/cafe’s, butcher shop, and a mini market. The house is also located 300 meters from a gas station and restaurant with a snack bar. The house is 250 km’s from Lisbon and 150 km’s from Porto with easy access through the A1 freeway and N17 highway. The house is located in central Portugal, in the Beira Alta region, a perfect place to relax or to go sport fishing, hiking, swimming in the rivers and lakes or to contemplate the sunset. Mouronho is immediately surrounded by a landscape of valleys and rising hills. The landscape is dotted by small villages and farms with strong rural traditions; these back roads are well worth discovering and exploring.

    Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount.

    Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
    Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount.
    Less than 21 days prior to arrival or 'no show' 100 % of the total amount.
  • Arrival/ Departure Any day.
    **Minimum stays 2 days
    Arrival from 15.00 to 18.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery.
    Departure until 10.00.
    For weekly rates, on receiving the keys a SECURITY DEPOSIT equivalent 100 Euros is to be paid against receipt to the owner.
    The rented object is to be left in the condition received; otherwise (and/or) in case of damage the respective costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
    Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
    Smoking inside is not allowed. Small pets are allowed. Laundry facilities available in owners house for a small fee.
    Pick up and drop off at airports, train stations and bus stops available for a fee (maximum 4 persons
  • Payment
    30% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 21 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.
    70% remaining amount due 60 days prior to arrival.
    Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline.
    Payments should be effected by: Bank draft / cheque on a Portuguese bank or Postal order or Wire transfer (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary).
    Full bank details on confirmation of the booking. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
