Photos and Description of this Montechoro holiday bungalow 3 dbl bedroom sleep 6 close to Strip

The bungalow is in a quiet area close to the well known strip. A local bus stops outside giving access to all shopping areas and beaches. The sun roof is accessed by a staircase at the side of the villa. Solar hot water is installed as is air conditioning and sky TV. A new kitchen has been fitted recently and contains a dishwasher, washing machine and electric cooker, also fridge freezer. The pool is unheated and a gardener visits weekly to care for the lawn area and clean the pool. There is also a brick built barbecue area and off road parking. One of the two bathrooms is en suite. There are many local restaurants and cafes and the nearest supermarket is ten minutes walk away. The villa is cared for by two English people who are also available to answer any queries. A car is useful but not essential.

The property is in a quiet development on the boundary of Quinta dos Brejos, close to the Algarve golf academy. A bus stops outside the property giving access to Albfeira old and new town also to the strip. The top of the strip is approx. 10 minutes walk away. The well known Zoomarine is a half hours drive away in Guia and coach trips can be booked in the strip as can swimming with the dolphins, splash and slide and numerous boat trips from the new Albufeira marina. We have an English couple who live close by and look after the villa, they will also answer any questions you might have. They also give maid service if required, cost arranged with them.

Although the villa sleeps only 6 people, extra guests can be accommodated in double rooms in an identical villa next door. Prices on application
