This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Disney area vacation home is perfectly located close to major highways and the Theme parks. The estate boasts community facilities such as its own golf course, a 400 acre lake with fishing pier and boat launching ramp, community swimming pool, and basketball and tennis courts. The villa has a non overlooked and south facing pool deck area at the rear . The villa is nicely furnished and well maintained and comes fully equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay including cable TV with a great choice of channels, broadband wireless internet connection, a games room with pool table and table soccer and a PS2 games console for the kids. Located just off US 27 highway and close to US 192 and I-4 this home from home is perfectly located to access all of central Florida's attractions, beaches, theme parks and shopping. Just about 15 minutes from the Disney Parks so is close enough to take a break and unwind and return to the Parks for the evening entertainment.
