This apartment is full of light and very airy, and is located in a fabulous and strategic position, in the lovely Rialto / S. Marco's area: exactly in the heart of the city, ONE MINUTE WALKING from Rialto Bridge and THREE TO FOUR MINUTES WALKING from San Marco square; close to all major attractions. Near the apt. you can find tipical restaurants, pubs, fruits & vegetables and fish market, opera house (La Fenice), theaters (Goldoni and Malibran) and the most important museums. Water bus (Vaporetto) stop is 20 SECONDS WALKING from the apt. The apt. is situated on the 2nd floor and has been newly and carefully remodelled. It has a wonderful view on the joyful street where the Goldoni theater is. It is approx. 80 sq. metres. It is composed of 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom, a living/dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with all the domestic appliances (included microwave), washing machine and TV.

The closest 'Vaporetto' (boat) stop is RIALTO, and it is 20 seconds walking away from the apartment. In Rialto area you can find: the mornig traditional open air fish, fruits and vagetables market, all the famous griffe/fashion brands stores, and at night a lot of nice typical restaurants and bar, called 'osteria'. This area is the absolut city center of Venice, close to EVERYTHING, museums, stores, restaurants, La Fenice Opera house, monuments. Easy to get here even with big luggages (no bridges to do after getting off the vaporetto). SUPER 100% SAFE AREA! No risks at all, always many people in the street. Great for children.

    Thiese rates are for 4 people. For long periods 20% discount. All included.
  • Rental prices are higher during special periods as Christmas, Venice carneval, and Easter. Please contact owner for this pricelist. Clients who book with us during Christmas receive a complimentary Christmas gift, an original Murano glass piece and a typical Italian Christmas cake; during Carneval a complimentary decorative Venetian mask; during Easter a complimentary handmade chocolate egg and typical Venetian Easter cake.
  • During all booking periods a complimentary bottle of wine is offered to all our clients (18 years and older) and a bottle of mineral water upon arrival.

The second double bedroom is smaller but charming: 2 beds can become 1 double bed or 2 single beds (so the room becomes more spacious). A cot is also available to accomodate a fifth person.
