Lovely bright Upper Floor Apartment, well situated close to all amenities, no steep hills,1 of only 8 in this small private gated complex with pool. It boasts a south facing balcony with patio furniture and parasol, with pleasant views of the ocean and mountains and also over the pool and garden area, there are sunbeds at the pool free of charge, and parking available should you wish to hire a car (not necessary). It has a well equipped Kitchen, Spacious Bathroom, and 2 twin bedded rooms, all have ceiling Fans. towels/tea towels/Linen are all provided (please bring own beach towels), 22' TV,with satellite channels, DVD's/radio/CD player, Safety deposit box (free of charge) many extras including, First aid kit/sewing kit/Hair dryer/Iron/Ironing board Health Grill,Various games/books/freezer bag. All for home from home comfort,T he property is cleaned weekly with towel and linen change.

This makes Lanzarote a perfect all year -round destination, Puerto del Carmen has an abundance of Restaurants Bars, Shops supermarkets, Golf course, scuba diving, Beaches, Crazy golf etc, to name but a few attractions of this beautiful Island, amid the palm trees and volcanic rock are many sculptures dotted around the place built by Cearser Manriquie. Regulations on the amount and style of development mean that there is no billboard advertising & no high rise buildings in Lanzarote. The apartment is situated central 2 minutes from the Main strip where you will find all the above plus 2 small coves, and 15 mins stroll to the Playa Grande Large Beach. Ideally suited to families & couples at the casino area of the main strip.there are many excursions available should you wish to go further afield, a car is not needed as everything is all on your doorstep
