The self-catering second floor apartment is located in the Victoria Quay area of the maritime quarter. It has two double bedrooms, a fully-fitted kitchen and a lounge/diner. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower over the bath and there is also a shower room. The lounge/diner has patio doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the marina and there are views over the marina from both the master bedroom and kitchen. The flat has full gas central heating and all utilities (gas, electric and water) are included in the price. The marina also enjoys WI-FI access available by purchasing a card from the marina office. Bed linen and towels are provided however guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. There is a good range of cooking utensils, crockery and glasses in the kitchen. There is an allocated car parking space outside the building.

The apartment is conveniently located in the popular Swansea Marina and has views over the marina basin. It is a short walk from the city centre with its major supermarkets, shops, indoor market,restaurants, two multi - screen cinemas, theatres and Dylan Thomas Centre. It is also 5 minutes walk from the National Waterfront Museum and Swansea's fantastic new leisure complex the LC2 where there is an indoor waterpark, 30ft climbing wall, and state of the art gym and spa. The beach and promenade for both walking and cycling are again a 5 minute walk. The apartment also benefits from being just a short car journey from the Mumbles and the Gower peninsula the UK's first designated Area of Outstanding Beauty (AONB) with its glorious beaches and spectacular coastal scenery. Should you not wish to use the car then the bus station is a short walk.
