The accommodation, which can comfortably accommodate up to five people, is tastefully furnished and air conditioned, briefly comprises: entrance vestibule, providing access to the lounge with separate dining area, fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher and the first bathroom. The sofa in the lounge converts into a sofa bed A marble staircase leads up to the first floor of the Villa, where there are three bedrooms, comprising, one double bedroom complete with an en-suite, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom and a further bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors that open onto balconies. The staircase continues upwards to a mini kitchen containing a further fridge, with a door leading onto the large roof terrace. This roof terrace is ideal for private sunbathing; large “Turkish Cushions” are available for use on the roof. The 360-degree views from here are most spectacular. The private beach is reachable by a free hourly transfer by monorail running every day from the complex.

Close by are the traditional fishing villages of Bogaziçi and Guvercinlik. The Tuzla area is famous for its nature reserve, which is a magnet for an abundance of wildlife, fauna and birdlife. The salt-water lake houses hundreds of beautiful pink flamingos during the months of October to April.

  • £100 deposit per week by cheque secures the booking. This will be refunded post holiday following an inventory check.
    For bookings made within 6 weeks of rental, the fees are payable in full.
    Unfortunately some clients have kept the air conditioning units on 24/7. This has resulted in excessive electricity bills. Additional charges will be passed on to clients if this happens.

Externally, the Villa boasts it’s own private swimming pool and garden. There are two patios off the dining area and the kitchen and a small patio off the lounge. A large brick built BBQ is located on the patio adjacent to the kitchen.

There are regular shuttle bus services from Turquoise to and from Bodrum. Close to the Turquoise Complex there is a local supermarket & taxi rank. Within walking distance of the resort is the Sunset Restaurant and Snack Bar, here you can literally sit and watch the sunset over the Aegean Sea.

The Tuzla area is famous for its nature reserve, which is a magnet for an abundance of wildlife, fauna and bird life. The salt-water lake houses hundreds of beautiful pink flamingos during the months of October to April.

Other Activities: The complex has further pools and slides, childs play area, restaurant and bar, shop, beauty centre, indoor heated pool, fitness centre, tennis court.
