High standard quality house that has just been reformed. The property is equipped and decorated with first-class material. The ground floor is set with a large living room with dining area, a luxurious high class kitchen, a fully equiped utility room with washer/dryer, etc, as well as a modern bathroom with shower. From the living room with big flat screen TV that invites to relax, you can access to a terrace for al fresco dining, a beautifull chillout, and a private garden which is at only few steps away from the community pool. The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with balcony to enjoy beautifull views, and a bathroom with modern flair. The top floor consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom and wooden ceiling, a wooden terrace where it is possible to enjoy spectacular ocean and marina views.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are inclusive of water and electricity. The end clean is also included. Linen and towels are provided as well as 1 change clothes and also washing powder for dish and landry.
    Prices given are up to and including 4 people. Up to 6 can be accomodated with a suplement of €50 per person/per week.
    €250 are required at the time of booking with the balance being paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
    On arrival a fully refundable cash security deposit of €200 will be required to cover damages and breakages. The refund will be made in cash before you leave Gran Canaria.
  • Aditional costs: €50 for 1 day extra clean per week.
  • We can also arrange transfers for you from airport to the villa and from the villa to airport or if preferred we can rent a car, both options with an extra charge.
