The main attraction of this property are the benefits of being part of a private complex with it's very own indoor spa, consisting of gym, sauna, steam room, thermal beds, hot pebble walk and pool, alongside the well maintained outdoor gardens and swimming pool. The apartment is on 3 floors and consists of lounge with balcony and double sofa bed, dining area, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and microwave, utility with washing machine, 2 double bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed), bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, second separate WC and upstairs roof terrace.

The area of Cabo Roig and La Zenia on the Orihuela Costa provides a vibrant nightlife with many pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. The numerous beaches on the Orihuela Costa have all been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality and safety. Within walking distance are the very popular beaches of Levante and Cabo Roig, the beautiful Campoamor beach and the large beach at La Zenia. You are also a short journey from the Plaza at Villamartin with over 40 bars and restaurants and the popular Flamenca Beach commercial centre with 3 floors of shops, restaurants and bars and family entertainment. The main town of Torrevieja is a 10 minutes drive away. Torrevieja has lots of attractions including a waterpark (Aquopolis), the craft market (held every day), the fun fair and the new Habaneras shopping centre. A short drive takes you to the 3 renowned golf courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas, and Royal Campoamor with its newly built sports complex.
