Our villa is on one of the best lots on Emerald Island, THE POOL LOOKS OUT OVER THE LAKE, and conservation area with no rear neighbours. It has been furnished to a very high standard, with a lounge and dining room, and a family room with ample seating, and further dinning area, and a kitchen with everything you need for your stay; there are six bedrooms, one king on the ground floor with a walk in closet. There are 5 bedrooms upstairs, one king with ensuite, and two queen with ensuite and two twin rooms with a jack and Jill bathroom, and a crib/cot. There is a utility room with a washer and a dryer, and a games room with pool table. Air hockey and a dart board.there is also a high chair and a stroller. There is a large TV screen in the family room and a DVD player and a music system; and TV in the bedrooms. Step outside from the family room on to the extended lanai with sun loungers and table and chairs, and a crystal clear pool and spa.

Our luxury villa is situated in Emerald island resort, Kissimmee which is only 2 miles south west of Disney Orlando, 1mile from u.s.192 and approx 2 miles from interstate highway4. It's minutes to all major theme parks an water parks, there are numerous restaurants in the area ,and you are spoiled for choice of shops, and shopping malls are a short drive away. Emerald island is one of the best vacation locations in Orlando, an 11acre wooded nature preserve surrounded by a lake, there is a gated entrance manned 24 hours per day, a clubhouse with computer room fitness/gym, video arcade, and a communal pool, and if golf is your game, you will find numerous top class courses within 15 minutes of our villa.
