Kini Bay is a detached property set in its own spacious private gardens with secluded swimming pool and sun veranda. Large lounge with double fronted patio doors that open out onto the decked veranda looking straight out to the Indian Ocean. Open plan fully fitted kitchen with dining area, great for entertaining. Main Bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2 Double Bedrooms and Mezzanine, Family bathroom and separate WC. Ample parking all within in secure gates. Set in idyllic surroundings in its own private gardens and overlooking the Indian Ocean. Whale and Dolphin watching from the veranda whilst sipping a chilled glass of fizzy is fantastic. Close to numerous games reserves, fabulous sandy beaches and many historic towns all within easy distance

Kini Bay is like a dream come true by the sea. Our first impression of the property was 'Hollywood star's seaside hideaway' and we were not disappointed. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout creating a comfortable setting to unwind. The view from the balcony out to sea is one I could look at forever. If you are looking for a tranquil and luxurious getaway with uninterrupted stunning views of the sun setting over the sea, choose Kini Bay.

We stayed here for a week whilst visiting friends in PE (a very pleasant 15 minute drive away).
The property itself suited our needs perfectly being well equipped, tastefully furnished and impeccably clean.
One highlight for me was sitting on the verandah with a glass of wine and seeing a school of dolphins playing in the surf. One of those never to be forgotten moments. Kini Bay is a quiet location with a quaint village feel to it.
We spent a couple of afternoons at Sardinia Bay, a stunning beach with huge dunes and virtually deserted. Only a 5 minute drive from Kini Bay.
Thoroughly recommended for a relaxing holiday.
