With heating and beautiful chimney! Ideal for the winter and spring season. As the house is wonderfully situated in the „middle“ of le Marche you can decide every day anew, whether to go to the beach or the mountains. Step right out of the house and stock up on some culture in the medieval towns and cities everywhere around you. Just around the corner you'll find the historical town of Fermo with cathedral, roman cisterns, museums, theatre, a big market place and many boutiques. You need only 20-30 minutes to the beach and 30-40 minutes to the mountains. Enjoy shopping and beach-life in the beautiful town of Porto San Giorgo or hiking, climbing and mountain-biking in the magical Sibillian Mountains. From the ample terraces you can enjoy the panoramic view over the typical hillside to the often snow covered mountains. The guest house is spacious and well equipped for year round living - cool in summer & warm in winter.

Le Marche - the land of rolling hills is situated between the Sea, medieval towns and the legendary Sibillini-Mountains of the Apennines. Enjoy culture and local cuisine, hiking and mountain biking or simply relax in an area unspoilt by the ravages of mass tourism. Exactly here, not far from Ancona and Fermo, you will find both of our holiday houses- the country house is standing on a hill at the foot of medieval Petritoli and the townhouse in the historical centre of the medieval village Belmonte Piceno. The mountains can be seen from the Terraces and can be reached within 45 minutes. To the ocean you need 25 minutes. Hardly anywhere you go from the mountains to the sea so quickly as here in the Marche – along olive groves, vineyards and romantic ancient villages. The holiday home is well equipped in the original style of Le Marche and only a 1 drive away from the next airports in Ancona or Pescara (Ryanair).

wir haben anfang juni 2009 eine woche mit 4 personen urlaub gemacht.wir fanden die wohnung in einem sauberen zustand vor,sie ist praktisch und doch landesüblich mit viel liebe zum detail eingerichtet.die betreuung vor ort war sehr gut und informativ.man kann gut die sibillinischen berge erreichen,die ideal sind zum wandern.zum meer ist es auch nicht weit,und wer entspannen will dem bietet sich die schöne terasse an.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren bereits im letzten November im Casa Miriamar in Belmonte und haben gerade wieder für 1 Woche im September gebucht. Das letzte mal waren wir zu fünft, da war es praktisch, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht nebeneinander liegen, sondern das eine unten mit der Terrasse und das andere im Dachgeschoss. So konnten wir oben ungestört ausschlafen während unsere Freunde mit Kleinkind schon lange wach waren.

Das Haus ist liebevoll und originell eingerichtet, vor allem das untere Schlafzimmer und die Küche. Trotzdem haben wir zumeist den Grill auf der Veranda genutzt, da es im November so warm wie bei uns im Mai war. Abends wird es jedoch auch hier recht frisch, also ist warme Jacke ratsam.

Von den Vermietern sind wir bestens mit Infos, Ausfug- und Restaurant-Tipps ausgetattet worden. 2 Osterien haben wir ausprobiert. Sehr günstig, urig, und lecker (aber viel zu viel)! Im Haus stehen Reisebücher und Wanderführer der Gegend und auch gleich Wanderstöcke. Das Wandern in den Sibillinischen Bergen können wir jedem empfehlen - das absolute Highlight ist die Infernaccio Schlucht!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Belmonte Piceno verbracht. Der Ort und die Umgebung sind einfach schön. Das Haus liegt wunderbar in der Ortsmitte und hat seinen ursprünglichen Charakter erhalten und hat Charme. Leider weicht die Beschreibung der Räume etwas von den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten ab. Das 2. Schlafzimmer befindet sich im ehemaligen Kellergeschoss und ist das Durchgangszimmer (abschüssig) zur Terasse. Das 2. Badezimmer besteht aus einem Waschbecken und einer Duschgelegenheit in diesem Zimmer.
Owner's Response: In einem mittealterlichen Haus ist tatsächlich nicht alles gerade, aber genau das macht den Flair aus! Das Haus wurde 2008 neu und stilecht restauriert. So haben wir im zweiten Schlafzimmer die gemauerte Dusche über einen Pfad aus Strandkieseln mit dem handgetöpferten Waschbecken verbunden. Die Toilette befindet sich separat 4 Treppenstufen darüber. Die leichte Schräge des Raums haben wir absichtlich so belassen - das Bett steht natürlich gerade! Das Zimmer bietet den direkten Zugang zur Terasse, hier genießt man den wunderbaren Panoramblick über die hügelige Landschaft der Marken bis hin zu den Sibillinschen Bergen.

Das Haus ist genau das Richtige für Liebhaber charmanter stilvoller Originalität, aber tatsächlich das Falsche für Fans von standardisierten Ferienwohnungen.

Belmonte Piceno und so auch unser Haus ist direkt auf einen Berg und somit auch einen Hang gebaut. Man betritt das Haus in der Mitte über eine kleine Gasse im Ort. Die Einganstür führt über einen Flur und eine Treppe in die Wohnküche. Darüber liegt im Dachgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit separatem Badezimmer. Unter der Wohnküche befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Terasse und Ausblick.

Ich war Ende März im Casa Miriamar. Vielleicht noch einen ticken zu kalt aber sobald die Sonne rausschaut, ist alles in wärmster Ordnung.

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und urig eingerichtet. Der Ofen und die Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick und fast den ganzen Tag Sonne tragen einen großen Teil zur Erholung bei. Alles ist sauber und man wird nicht nur gut betreut sondern auch mit ausgezeichneten Tipps für Erkundungen, Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt.

Mann fühlt sich gleich in eine Zeit der Ruhe zurückversetzt in einer Umgebung, die mit Schönheit protzt. Ich war zwar nur ein Woche da, aber das hat für mehr Entspannung als mancher 2 Wochen-Urlaub gereicht.

Jederzeit wieder. Für Motorradfahrer ein echter Geheimtipp.
