The complex, which is secure and fully gated, is set in lovely landscaped gardens complete with two large swimming pools, one of which is just 30 yards away. Features include elegant bathrooms with under-floor heating, fully fitted modern kitchen, marble flooring, double glazing, hot and cold AC and spacious open plan living/dining area opening out onto a terrace overlooking the gardens and the hills. Its location between Estepona and Sotogrande allows fast motorway access to all points along the coast including the glamorous marinas at Duquesa and Sotogrande as well as Puerto Banus and the international airports at Malaga and Gibraltar. Estepona is 10 minutes away and Puerto Banus and Marbella are just 30 minutes away.

We are ideally located for exploring the coast and a few recommended trips - visit the historic town of Ronda or the white washed old town of Casares, Gibraltar for its duty free shopping and the Barberry Apes, only 20 mins drive away. Tarifa for surfing, La Duqesa for a lazy lunch around the marina and the beach there, or of course plenty to do at Marbella and its beautiful old town and its busy beach front, Puerto Banus for night life and the glitzy port and fabulous restaurants or just shop till you drop, Luis Vuitton will be pleased to see you ( remember siesta is approx around 2pm-6pm).
