The house consists of two apartments, one inhabited by the German–speaking owners. The interior is rustic and very comfortable with a large living room and kitchen corner and sofa bed. . It has satellite TV, bathroom with shower and WC, large double bed room with armchair and sofa, 3000 m² garden, grill, pool (3 m x 5 m, 1m deep) and parking space.

Inside an hour by car you can get to Florence, Siena, Pisa, Massa or Pistoia to see all the famous works of art. 30 minutes by car will get you to the sea-side.
