An excellent fully furnished 1 bed / 1 bath apartment on 2nd floor, with stunning sea views overlooking the horizon from a sunny balcony. Spacious open kitchen, diner and living area leading to sheltered balcony - also over looks large outdoor pool. Holiday visitors can relax, read, enjoy a drink or even meal and experience a gorgeous sunset. During the day, relax by the large outdoor swimming pool, local cafes. Living room includes a double sofa bed, and 2nd sofa, TV, SATELLITE TV channels, DVD player, dining table and 4 chairs, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. Bedroom includes kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes. Exit to large balcony with outdoor table, chairs, and sun loungers. Clean bathroom and new kitchen supplied with cutlery and dinnerware; washing machine, oven / cooker, fridge freezer, and kettle. Iron/ board & clothes rack available. Bath towels and linen provided.

    Payment preferably via bank or on-line transfer to bank account - details will be provided on confirmation. Cheques and PAYPAL also accepted.

    FREE welcome food/ drink pack for stays of 14 days or more.
    Supplement may be added for mid week/ half week stays.

    Long term lets of cyprus holiday apartment available at severely reduced rates - stays of 1 month or more outside of peak or high season = 15% discount.

    Full pre-arrival clean. Linen and towels are refreshed weekly only. Cleaner fee to be added when leaving property.
  • To reserve dates, a reservation deposit of 25% will be required at time of booking. Please pay deposit 5 working days after query in order to ensure booking is held. This deposit is non refundable if booking is cancelled at anytime.

    Balance of total rental cost to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks before occupancy commences. Bookings of less than one week's occupancy or late bookings within 8 weeks of arrival will need to be paid in full at time of booking.

    FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit of £100 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure

    Changeover days are flexible. Generally - Check in after 3pm on day of arrival. Check out before 11am on day of departure (an earlier check in may be available if there is not a changeover on the same day). Dependent on availability please ask for preferred times.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    The initial booking deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It is possible to cancel the booking upto 2 weeks before the arrival date with the following refunds:

    36 – 56 days before arrival date
    - 40% of Total Rental

    22 to 35 days before arrival date
    - 20% of Total Rental

    0 to 21 days before arrival date
    - 0% of Total Rental
