General Description: This lovely Villa in Cortona offers great Charm, a beautiful hillside location, stunning views and quietness. The villa is conveniently located just 1,5 km from the centre of Cortona that is within walking distance. Cortona is a characteristic and medieval historical centre, a beloved destination of tourists, who admire the Tuscan culture and art. It joins the need to relax and to visit the most beautiful cities of Tuscany and Umbria. The property is surrounded by a large park that gently goes down towards the panoramic pool fully equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, located just 80 mt from the villa. A few steps from the kitchen the villa features a nice pergola for outside dining. This restored farmhouse with its original architecture and undoubted charm, offers prestigious finishings, with terracotta paved floors, beams in wood, charming devices and furnishings, functional and stylish furniture as well as accessories.
