Villa Maia is a 3 bedroom villa. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both the double and twin bedroom have fitted wardrobes and private balconies offering beautiful views out over the village of Fanes, the surrounding countryside and out towards the sea. Villa Maia also has a sun terrace accessed via the first floor. The ground floor offers fully fitted kitchen, living and dining area and a separate shower room. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk above. French doors lead from the living area out onto the patio surrounding the private pool and BBQ/outside dining area. Fanes is a very quiet and peaceful development, perfect for relaxation and tranquillity.

The picturesque town is located on the North West coast of Rhodes. This area is well known for its spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, the crystal clear sea, and the quiet, isolated beach dotted with Tamarisk trees giving some natural shade. The beach is long and flat, with mainly fine sharp sand and shingle. There are a couple of tavernas at the back of the beach. Windsurfing and kite surfing are hugely popular here, given the wide flat sands and the northerly exposure. Located just 22km from Rhodes City, the highlights of city life can be accessed with a short car journey. Fanes is an area of Rhodes that is largely untouched as far as tourism goes and there are no large hotels or even apartment blocks to spoil the pleasant way of life that has existed here for many hundreds of years. Our villas are located on the hillside above and behind the village centre of Fanes. A peaceful location that offers stunning scenery and views.
