This superb penthouse offers views across the golf course, down to the pool and garden area. On a clear day you can enjoy views of the sea from various angles between the spectacular mountains. The lounge and master bedroom have large patio doors leading to the spacious balcony which has a table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. The master bedroom has the benefit of a king sized bed and an en suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has two single beds and is adjacent to the main bathroom with full length bath, shower and WC. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The spacious lounge/dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and large L shaped suite with coffee table. There is temperature controlled air conditioning and heating system, Yale Laptop Safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, LCD Television, DVD Player.

Alenda Golf is situated in a peaceful setting yet within easy access to some fantastic beaches, vibrant towns and quaint villages. There is an excellent Club House and a supermarket across the road from the apartment buildings. A car is required to venture out but you will find that you are simply a short drive away from just about any attraction that you wish to take part in. The busy capital of the Costa Blanca Alicante is 15 minutes away. The historic Spanish city of Elche is 10 minutes which is surrounded by groves of palm trees and is also famous for its production of shoes. There is 'Europe's Largest Factory Shop' Salvador Artesana. Santa Pola (25 mins) is an unspoiled fishing town with a beautiful promenade and beach bars and restaurants. A mainly residential area, this town is where the Spanish take their holidays. Benidorm (30 mins) Here you will find theme parks and Aqua centres AQUALANDIA, MUNDOMAR and the Great Universal Theme Parks, TERRA MITICA & TERRA NATURA.
