Well furnished with solid timber and a convertible sofa in the lounge area, this apartment sleeps 4 to 6. it has a generous terrace facing southwest with access to two beautiful community swimming pools. It is very well located in the town centre within a 100 meters of the club house & hotel. All amenities including the supermarket are within 2 minutes walking distance. The 5 star La Torre golf resort has it all, play around or laze around, from family holidays to a golfers paradise, over 12 golf courses all within 30 minutes from La Torre. La Torre being the first Jack Nicklaus 18 Hole Design Golf Course in Spain.

Nearest Ferry: Cartegena at 50 Kilometres

Car: recommended
Cartagena is worth a visit, park by the sea front in an underground car park. There is a tourist office nearby which will suggest/give a route to walk. The town has lots of Roman relics and a Roman Theatre a cave which was where people sheltered during the war. Murcia is the capital and is a classical Spanish city. The cathedral and its square is absolutely fantastic. There is a tourist office on one side of the square which will give you suggestions for a tour. Cabo de Palos is on the La Manga strip and is famous for its excellent restaurant. There is a lighthouse (El Faro). Also some excellent beaches nearby on the Mar Menor side (Los Nietos). Lo Pagan The beach at Lo Pagan is very nice and there is a National Park (Las Salinas). You can get to Lo Pagan by continuing along the road you turn off to go to Eroski. Los Alcázares The beach and promenade are very good with good restaurants and nice clean sea and sand. Roldan is only 4KM away, the local town with some nice restaurants.

Apartment is in excellent location, both for amenities and the sun! Bars, restaurants and shopping centre a two minute walk away. The pools (two adult and one child) are 30second from the back patio which got the sun from midday till it went down (about 9pm!). Also there is a huge grass area for sunbathing all around the pool. And it is checked constantly to make sure that only residents are using the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The property throughout was clean and I didn't want for anything during my stay.
The owner contacted me during my stay to make sure everything was ok.
It's ground floor so ideal for elderly or wheelchair.
I didn't need to leave the apartment (I only went to Murcia once, I got a taxi €38) but if you were planning on going to a lot of places it would probably be better (cheaper) to rent a car.
I would recommend the property to anyone :)
