This stylish home has two master en-suite bedrooms & is beautifully furnished in a light modern style of décor. The large family room has maple wood dinning table & wide-screen TV, h/speed Internet, DVD CD & Audio. A cloakroom with toilet is located off the family room. The well-equipped kitchen has microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer & dryer. The fully-screened outside patio area has dinning table & seating for 4 overlooking the waterway & just steps away from the shared swimming pool. A short staircase from the family room leads to Master Bedroom (1) en-suite, with king-size bed, wide-screen TV. & outside screened balcony overlooking the water. Fishing – Boating - Golf: At the end of the day watch the sun go down from your own private boat dock, ideal for fishing the waters of the tropical canal. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals. There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. We can arrange your boat to be delivered to your dock for a just few days or a whole week. No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat. There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home. A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant.
