Pueblo Alcasar is a very established development of privately owned villas representing many nationalities, Spanish, English, Dutch, etc. ideal for children to practice language skills around the pool or football/basketball court. There are two tennis courts, childrens´ play slide, swing, etc. The top class swimming pool has a lifeguard during July and August. The restaurant has a new French chef for this summer. This ground floor apartment has a 30ft lounge dinner with comfortable seating for 7 people and a dining table for 6. There are approx 20 channels on the inc BBC ITV Sky sports Sky movies and Sky news, CD player, WIFI. A living flame gas fire is wonderful for the winter and fans are provided in all rooms for Summer. Easy parking outside the apartment. After dining on the patio, sit back and enjoy a glass of wine watching the spectacular sunsets.

This property is on the outskirts of Moraira,an old fishing port with beaches, yacht marina, quality restaurants, Roman watch tower, etc. This area is predominantly private villas set on grapevines, valleys with acres of orange and lemon trees and a backdrop of dramatic mountains. This is the most easterly point of mainland Spain and enjoys a unique climate rated as 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation. Its a mixture of stunning 100m high cliffs, rocky coves, fishing harbours and clean sandy beaches. Numerous fiestas, processions, firework displays, Saints' days, historical re-enactments, markets all year. The theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar, Vergel Safari Park, Terra Mitica and Terra Natura are all superb days out. Valencia also offers F1 Grand Prix racing, America's Cup yachting, Imax. Ferries take you up and down the coast, or to Ibiza and Majorca. Take a drive inland to the Jalon valley for lunch or to the fortified hill top town of Guadalest.

    Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit, the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday begins.
    Full payment is required if the bookings is made less than 8 weeks before the holiday. A breakages deposit of £100 is needed and will be returned within a week of your leaving and after the property inspection.
    Payment can be by bank transfer or cheque. Enquiries for holidays of less than one week or long term rentals are welcome.
    Check with owner the prices in euros.
    The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival with all cleaning and laundry charges are included.
    A hand and bath towel are provided per person. A complimentary poolside/beach towel each is provided in order to reduce your baggage allowance.
    Holidays of more than one week include a weekly bed linen and bathroom towel change.
