The location of this home is fantastic. It is convenient for a good collection of local shops and restaurants all within a few minutes drive. Downtown Sarasota is only 10 minutes away and Lido Key beaches and St Armands Circle 15-20 mins drive. The home offers 2 gathering areas. The formal living room is fitted with 2 elegant white sofas c/w matching furniture this room offers views of the pool area and lake beyond. The Family room has 2 sofas and matching furniture. It also offers a large wide-screen television, DVD player and stereo. The Kitchen is equipped with gas range, fitted microwave, side by side refrigerator with door dispenser, dishwasher etc. There is also an adjacent nook table and chairs, kitchen bar and stools. The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed, armoire (with TV) nightstands, sliding doors to pool area, walk in closet etc.The ensuite offers marble vanities, large corner garden tub, seperate shower and private WC. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed,

Sarasota is famous for its cultural activities which include the Van Weezal performing Arts centre, Oprah, theatres, Museums and much more. Siesta Key is the most famous beach with its talc like sand but other stunning beaches are there to be enjoyed. Downtown Sarasota with boutiques and bistro's is just minutes away. Ideally situated to explore further to the south Ft. Myers and Naples or head north to Tampa, Clearwater and St Petes. Disney and Orlando can also be reached within a 90 minute drive.
