Decorated with family living and entertainment in mind, this 4 bedroom house offers a warm farm-style kitchen and informal open plan lounge/dining area opening up onto a covered patio with built-in barbeque overlooking a sparkling swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and the air conditioned lounge/dining area is fitted with underfloor heating and a gas fireplace. There are two en-suite double rooms situated on the ground floor opening up onto a courtyard and covered terrace respectively (One with king sized double bed and one with queen sized double bed).Two further children's rooms are situated upstairs sharing a cosy lounge/playroom which opens up onto a balcony overlooking the ancient oaks on the banks of the nearby Blaauwklippen River (one room with bunk bed and one room with double bed). The security estate with access control offers complete peace of mind while the double garage with remote control offers direct access to the house.
