The flat has an independent entrance, it's only 30 meters away from beach which is reachable by private little road. The apartment is in an epoch small blocks of flats, recently renewed, furnished in a modern manner with high quality furniture. It has any comfort (TV, DVD, Radio, dish washing and washing machine, flat iron, electric oven, fridge and freezer). The apartment is located near the centre (5 minutes by feet)but is immersed in a silent broken off only by the sound of the waves on the beach. In front of the house there is a little parking in the shade (max 10 cars) but there is another free parking at 20 m, under cover but not preserved.

Ventimiglia is very famous for its local city market every Friday where it is possible to buy various kind of articles at a very cheap price. Moreover Ventimiglia is in a strategic position just near the line with France at only 10 minutes by car to Mentone and the Cote d' Azur, only 15 Km away from Monaco and 30 km from Nice. In the hinterland of Ventimiglia there are characteristic places like Dolceacqua and Apricale, very appreciated by tourists. In Ventimiglia there many pebble beaches but in only 10 minutes by feet there is a sandy beach called Calandre which is a little paradise ( there is also a little restaurant open all the day). The mountains are not away from Ventimiglia, in less then 1 hour it is possible to reach Limone Piemonte for skying in the winter and hiking and cycling in the other period of the year.

It was a very nice holiday.Ventimiglia is an old romantic town,with everything you need.Many restaurants,bars,shops,perfect market,fantastic ice cream and amazing sea.Villa was very clean and well equiped. Arianna is a very lovely person and she will help you with everything that you will need. I recommend this villa for everyone.
